The convection oven is constructed out of a durable stainless steel with an enamelled porcelain interior. It features coved corners inside the oven that make the unit extremely easy to clean. The oven dimensions are 29”W x 24”D x 24”H, giving you ample space for cooking large quantities required in the food service industry. The SUME-100 also comes equipped with five chrome-plated oven racks with 10 adjustable rack positions.
